Remember Liz Truss is a strong and outspoken anti-royalist and you can guess what that means!?? So whenever you have two Liz's clashing at Balmoral (tomorrow for Tues 6th Sept, 2022) particularly if she feels that her governed voices of that of the people have been systematically ignored under undemocratic duress then it's her Solemn duty to simply refuse the Royal Seal of Approval if it's clearly evident that the overall majority of the British people have been systematically undermined!
It would be the first time in Her Sovereign's reign that such a scenario has ever happened thereby formerly dismissing Boris Johnson from the Office of High Chancellor as he did indeed refused to resign!
The first such scenario anything like this has happened was as far back as 1834!
Maintaining and upholding political neutrality then the Royal figure head can then by right simply dissolve Parliament whenever she sees fit thus forcing the parties to call out for a General Election!
A formal dismissal is very rare but because Boris Johnson refused to resign after taking it upon himself for the prorogation of Parliament over the Brexit fiasco without informing the Monarch in advance (which is a BIG NO NO) then the Queen is well within her right to dissolve Parliament!
