Here is how to make GGROUND BEEF and GREEN BEANS in OYSTER SAUCE:
GROUND BEEF and GREEN BEANS in OYSTER SAUCE RECIPE:

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 head garlic, minced
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 1/2 cup beef broth
1 tsp brown sugar
12 oz green beans, trimmed and cut into 2 in length
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper, divided

Directions:
1. In a pan heat oil over medium high heat
2. Add ground beef, break into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until well browned stirring continuously for less grease.
3. Add onion, cook until translucent
4. Add garlic, sauté until lightly browned.
5. Add oyster sauce, stir until all meat is coated with sauce.
6. Add beef broth and brown sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves. Cover with lid and let it simmer over medium heat for 10 mins.
7. Add green beans, spread evenly into the pan. Cover with lid and let it simmer for medium heat until green beans are crisp tender.
8. Add pepper. stir until well combined. Continue to simmer for 30 seconds or until it reaches your preferred consistency.
9. Serve and Enjoy! Best served with steamed rice.

This is a great recipe. I would stir fry garlic and onion first so the aroma comes out then I'll add the ground beef. I agree with the the previous comment about draining ground beef fats. I will be making this today. Thanks for a great simple Pinoy recipe anyone can cook.

You don't need oil. Ground beef cooks in its own fat. Also, you don't need salt or broth. Oyster sauce is plenty salty and the water from onions is plenty. I would drain the excess oil from the ground beef then mix in microwavable peas and carrots. Add oyster sauce at the very end. Top with sesame seeds.
