Remember when Z fighter Videl was the longest full what-if, holding a very comfortable lead? Absolutely demolished that with Nappa. Going out with a bang, figuratively and literally, even after the story ends. Well played, Masako

It quite nice to see Nappa and Raditz what if’s stories, it really goes to show that the two characters could have been so much more than being forgotten.

I feel like we need a what if of "What if Raditz, Nappa, and Vegeta turned good?" Namely, a story that would keep all three of them alive, yet, Vegeta not changing much from his original score.

That epilogue was heartfelt, and that teaser at the very end's got me excited for it's implications!

An alternate good Zamasu showing a broken Future Trunks different timelines, trying to get him to understand... something. But what?

And with a Time Ring in hand, what is this Trunks planning to do?

I love this, and I love that Masako is about as forgetful as Toriyama sometimes. He called Bulma Vegita's wife despite her marrying Yamcha, and during the Tarble episode, Goku used Instant Transmission despite never learning it :V

I like Nappa. Weirdly enough, the guy did have some good in him. Saving the bug planet, suggesting that they use the Dragon Balls to revive Raditz, and even coming up with the idea of integration into human society for the purpose of hybrid saiyans.

Those final moments for Nappa had a knot in my throat. Way to make a character that had almost no time in the show, into one of my favorites.

Not gonna lie, aside from the overall What If being a solid story through and through, but getting to see how Masako's skills as a storyteller evolve over the years in a matter of hours is just so amazing

Was NOT expecting a teaser at the end of the epilogue, are we getting closer to that What-If crossover we've all secretly dreamed of?

The Epilogue was well done, nice to see everything wrapped up in a neat little bow. Even got a brief nod toward Tien and Chiaotzu! This story will be remembered fondly alongside Raditz turned good 🙂

Things I Always question myself:

1- Nappa should be alive, and should have a real second chance of evolving.. into a villan or hero.. what ever.
2- If Sensu Bean Fix everything, they should have their tail back
3- If Dragon balls give them full rez... They should had their tail back

And cafe's inclusion when we have Old Man Nappa? I love her as a support character. Firmly non-combat, firmly non-physical, but clearly romantic, and a great as a way of showing a good support character (UNLIKE CHICHI.)

I recently the watched play list of this story and i can see how much you've grown as a storyteller, from a humble passion for Dbz to becoming a master storyteller who can make the what if's seem real.
