Mercedes CLA review - Auto Express

I filmed the CLA in black white and silver with AMG sport package

I wonder if someone 6.2f tall or 185cm tall can sit in the rear for 3h drive ?
Inside material is the same as C class or more cheap ?

My A7 AUDI was almost 3 times as expensive, but it's a quattro, it has tons of equipment, paddle-shifters, on windshield display, 265-20 wheels, 0-60 in less than 6 seconds with a diesel, and tens times more room for luggage and stuff. OH, and huge stereo, bugatti-style rear wing/spoiler, corners like it's on rails, and will pass 300kph if the electronic 250kph-limiter is fixed. So I'm not regretting my purchase yet!

its a great car. got to drive one. the cla 250 with the 2.0 turbo motor. it was a blast to drive. way faster than I expexted and I drive a 135I. the rear seats are not that bad. personally I will be trading in my bmw in for one very soon

What color is this? Mercedes Benz's website model configuration doesn't offer that color...

thanks for the comment, CLA i guess will be just a baby CLS . The look is superb, but i think it will not be as practical as normal sedan .

Mercedes are great cars. The thing i don't like about this car is the back bit, and only on certain angles, but I would still definitely buy one because it's really just plain awesome.
I'm not some biased guy either, I own a BMW ;)

looks good especially with those wheels but i really hate the interior especially with that tomtom knock off screen in the centre. i'll wait til they update the interior before i consider it some more

He said it had the comfort setup and then was "meh" about the handling and that it wasn't "exciting" ... well. get the sport setup. He was clearly not digging it and didn't come over as objective. I like the Merc ride as its soft, smooth, quiet. I prefer that to the BMWs that I have owned (specially with run flats). You either like exciting handling, and enjoy the squeeks and rattles of a BMW and high tyre cost, or you like comfort, smooth and refined Merc. As a review you have to be neutral.

Considering the previous A class range was about as stylish as a biscuit tin on wheels this can only be considered an improvement, this guy does seem rather bored with the experience though, even though he has the quicker petrol engine when initially UK is stuck with the oil burners :-)
