I also had the Sunsynk System installed recently. Also have the SunSynk App installed on my Android phone. Now I need to understand how to operate the app and understand everything it is telling me. I am the end user and do not need the technical installation manual. I just want a manual to help me understand what the app is showing me in the different screens. PLEASE help

@sunsynk I want to find out a bit more about the Aux Load "smart load" I have it set up on a water heater that prioritizes the PV power to the water heater when there is a surplus of sun power but when the Grid power is off the smart load to the water heater is unavailable.
I want to prioritize what feeds the smart load.
ie: when I switch on my water heater at night, I want the smart load to draw the power from the grid and not the batteries in order to save the batteries for the essential loads.

Hi, in this video I noticed you said the max voc is 450v in 1 array. In the other video "understanding MPPT" you wrote 480v max in 1 array. So which one is the correct one?

Thanks for all the videos Keith, Do you intend doing a video on using a 5kw ECCO with an exisiting UK solar setup. I curently enjoy FiT payments, so dont want to compromise those, but have now added batteries to the system and i have a 5kw ECCO ready to be fitted.
i currently have a Sofar ME300SP which works in the way i need it to BUT the charging rate at 3kw (if im lucky) from the grid overnight just isnt sufficiant enough, hence why i want to replace it with a sunsynk.

My solar system is 4k with an Araura Power One inverter.

From the diagram On-Grid + AC Couple - it shows that the way it all needs to be connected, but there doesnt appear to be any instructions on how to set the programmer?

Hi Keith, may i ask about the inverters grid connector labelled as L N.. but what if the residential configuration is L1 to L2 ? Can we still wire it to the L Grid connector inside the inverter? Thanks

I please need help. Had my inverter installed but now it shows off in the center of the screen. I don't have battery backup and only use panels during the day. What can cause the inverter to display off. I can see what load is being used at night.

Morning Keith, I am currently having adverse weather conditions and thus no sun, my batteries are being drawn flat, how do I change the settings from the APP to get the batteries to charge from the grid?

Very confusing: If I run 2x5K SG01LP1 inverters in parallel without batteries you say there is no need to connect the communication cable. How should I set the inverters: Master 01/Slave02? How many CT clamps one or two?
