This company does not care about you or your claim for leave even if it's protected under the FMLA. They will find anything they can to deny you and your claim. The amount of information the request is not needed and questions that seem pretty intrusive. Very appalled I was treated like a warm body just because I had to take an LOA because i had my mother admitted to the ER at 5am basically, before work. She stayed there for 3 days and I stayed home for 2 additional days to make sure she didn't fall down or anything she had to do was too much strain as she recovered. Apparently I am not allowed to do that. Guess next time i will just leave her in the bed to die or not pick her up from the hospital and leave her to thumb it back home because I have to go back to work. I am probably going to lose my job because of this and it's really sad that this happens to more people than myself. I am not sure whos in charge to look at the information gathered but I am convinced it's not someone who is a doctor or an RNA or anything of the sort. Billing maybe. Maybe I should or try to have gotten an intermittent under my own medical condition of social anxiety, BPD, ADHD and constant thoughts of suicide. I believe that as well would be denied too. I don't know how some people live with themselves on a daily basis while doing something such as this and other things like evicting single mothers out of apartments. Same energy. None of them care.
