Heard a ditty from a psychology major all but dissertation for a PhD.... Think about something else & stop obsessing over it. Allow the process to proceed. Stay calm. Don’t fear, pray instead!!! Exercise, do something else, work, etc. A person can control their thoughts & don’t embrace negativity!!

Don't watch the news! That's were I went wrong last time and got all suicidal. Since Tuesday I have watched the news. There are movies, tv shows, special interest, and books all on the internet to keep me preoccupied. Also, I got three days a week to go lift weights and get my frustration out that way.
