For the overlay I *STRONGLY* recommend MSI Afterburner with RivaTuner Statistics Server
It gives you everything from your FPS to your CPU, RAM and GPU usage
very handy and easy to setup
also comes with a lot of additional useful features like video recording, benchmarking, screenshots, and it's most common use case, overclocking
Oh and it's free and the video recorder works quite well. Works as a good alternative for FRAPS and Bandicam(at least for me)

One thing to note: There are 2 versions of the M.2 SSD form factor. The first is the obvious NVMe M.2 SSD which utilizes PCIe lanes to provide the fastest and most efficient data transfers possible in modern computing. The second, which was not explained in the video, is the SATA M.2 SSD which utilizes the same data lanes as a normal 3.5" HDD or 2.5" HDD/SSD/SSHD, and will consequently have similar read/write speeds as a 2.5" SSD. Another key note about the SATA M.2 SSD is that it will disable the last SATA port in line on your motherboard's interface, which can be viewed in the BIOS.

I’ve been pc gaming for like 12 years and that task manager set to always on top literally just shook my world. No idea that existed and now I remember all those frustrating times I restarted my pc cause I couldn’t access my task manager to close the program that crashed lmfao
