Yep, still my favorite RC operator... Now if you want to take that even further, after all the dirt is hauled and ready, you might come up with an RC grass seeder and rake to set it so the birds can't see it all. A lawn fetilizer trailer might be cool too. I"m not demanding, I just get ideas and can't keep them all in.
