I try to buy organic fruit, vegetables and grains whenever possible. But I’m not spending crazy money on organic coffee, as it offers little health improvements over regular coffee at 5x the price.

Not sure “refried” (high temp’d) coffee bean pesticides could ever be called beneficial. And sadly caffeine generally is a vaso-constrictor, Not good for older, diabetic, artheroscelortic sp? etc vessels.
