Sloth Sanctuary of Costa Rica rehabilitates injured or abandoned sloths to be release back into the wild.

I read an article that says that this sloth sanctuary does not release healthy sloths and they are kept in small cages in back rooms, and are being basically neglected and abused, and I read this on The Dodo which is very reliable.
