A bit of trivia on the Apollo missions in reference to the second game's premise: The crews of Apollo 11, 12, and 14 (Apollo 11 was the first mission to land on the Moon and Apollo 13 was not able to land on the moon due to an oxygen tank explosion that nearly claimed the lives of three astronauts) had to undergo a 21 day quarantine after returning from the Moon due to concerns about a possible lunar pathogen infecting the crews. No lunar microorganism was ever detected and the crews of Apollo 15, 16, and 17 were spared the quarantine procedure.

the last one's monster is literally a 3d sculpt of Phen-228 or the Boiled One that the guy downloaded and rotated 90 degrees, you can still see the reference image used by the 3d modeler when it first comes down the stairs, the image then disappears because it is a flat texture
