I won the raffle for 13 at dtlr Arbor Place mall in Douglasville Ga. When I get there they saying they don’t get a 13 in the shipment and did I want a 12. I’m waiting on the district manager to call back tomorrow I bought the size 12 but I want my 13 someone stole
