I worked in theatre backstage with a guy from Richmond. His father was the custodian of the castle and he started his career at the Georgian Theatre.

The blue skies always reminds me of my years living in Sicily. Richmond looks lovely. Not ruined by traffic 🚦 like Ripon seems to be. Great arty shot 🌻😉. Yet another great video Neil 👍

I enjoyed the walk around Richmond. I was hoping you would go on the castle turrets. There's a wonderful view from the top. And a lovely walk down to the river. I'm within an hours drive from all your yorkshire walks. Bring it on. Many thanks.

I have been to Richmond many times, although not for several years. Did I see that the Yorkshire Trading store is closing? I hope not. Also did not see the Edinburgh Woolen Mill shop- Is that gone also? Have you filmed in Askrigg and Hawes? Both interesting villages, and Askrigg has all the connections with the first "All Creatures Great and Small " TV series. A very lovely village. I lived there for a short time. Please keep filming around Yorkshire- so many interesting places to see
