Poor guy. The obsession with Disney and living a Disney style romance means he has a lot of growing up today. I don't think he is willing to live in reality. What's wrong with an earth moving life long connection that is everything that completes you? That is possible but he sticks with a narrow definition that severely narrows his options and chances. Trying to force reality into a fantasy version is not the way to find what others would call a Disney ending. I m not trying to rubbish him, I really hope he grows up in this area because it's very self defeating
