Cathie Wood: Bets Big on Artificial Intelligence | 1000x Performance Market Gain | Ark Invest

Cathy Wood has dropped a bomb on what will become the largest industry in humankind, and it's neither electric vehicles nor solar power. It's actually a lot more significant than you might think. However, the cost of goods and services in this sector is falling by 68% annually. But, nothing even comes close to the industry Cathie is talking about.

As some of her favorite stock picks fall, the enormous profit that made Cathie Wood one of the most well-known advocates of active fund management is swiftly disappearing.

Her flagship ARK Innovation ETF (ticker ARKK) has lost all of its prior advantage over the S&P 500 Index after years of dominating the market and only days after Wood launched a scathing attack on passive investing. Due to the IT crash and investors' flight from expensive growth firms in a climate of increasing interest rates and soaring inflation, Wood's stock-picking method of "disruptive innovation" has failed.
