Fun fact! The "21 grams" line is based off of an experiement where a scientist tried to weigh a Soul by weighing dying humans who were paralyzed before, when dying and after thier hearts stopped and he concluded it weighed 21 grams (although that was only one of the results, it varied in the results), for more info look up "21 grams experiment"
