Zagato Iso Rivolta GTZ: What It's All About

The electrification of cars has lead to new automakers popping up all over the place, which is in high contrast to the glacial progress of an industry that's over a century old. The best example of this is Tesla. Counter to this movement, there's a new phenomenon of looking back to the past. We're talking about reviving historical automobile brands, such as what Zagato's doing with the Iso Rivolta GTZ. It is the spiritual heir of the A3/C, a sports car that won at Le Mans in the '60s. Here's what it's all about.

I drive past Carage in the region almost every day. I think the new Iso Rivolta is beautiful. I also know someone who had an A3/C and previously a Bizzarini in the garage. I also know the new owner of Bizzarinis. What I DON'T understand about the new Zagato is that for this money they didn't even get a new electronics program from Chevrolet. You drive a Zagato, but you get the impression you're in a Chevi... It's like you design a wonderful I but leave the icing on the cake as it is. This is the same with other brands. Be it a Mercedes or Ferrari...the latter brand used Fiat parts and are now worth millions...The show must go on...!!!

Its a Bizzarrini, you mean. If you know a bit about car history, you know that without him NONE of this would be possible.Would be nice to give him the credits he deserves .Renzo Rivolta did not create any of it.He just was smart enough to hire a genius:Giotto Bizzarrini.Its a shame he is still unknown by most people.Even in these internet times, there is not much to find a out him.Somebody should make a documentary about the guy, i think.

Amazing to watch this video, without Giotto Bizzarini being mentioned 🤭
He was the master of the A3C, later produced as he's own brand. Mentioning Ferrari GTO, he was also the master of that car, and mentioning Miura, he was also the master of the Lamborghini V12 engine ... 🤣

It is a not rivolta design, more à griffo or A3C from Bizzarini design
