EDIT: The 1.5L in the bottom 3 trims (including this Outer Banks) is a 3-cylinder. Only the Badlands has a 4-cylinder for 2022.

I've had my Bronco Sport Outer Banks since November. We've had a ton of snow this winter and it's handled everything really well so far. I have some minor complaints after living with it for awhile but overall I really like it.

I'm baffled by what ECO does differently. I expected it to be more sluggish but I don't detect any difference in the way it performs at all.
EXCEPT - - - It gets very noticeably better mileage. I forgot to put it in ECO on a trip after stopping to fill up the tank. My gas mileage was showing 26 after about an hour of expressway driving at 74mph. I happened to notice I wasn't in ECO mode, and switched it over and during the next hour, the mpg climbed to over 29. That's amazing when you consider that had already been driving for an hour before switching to ECO, and it still climbed 3mpg over the next 70 miles.

Just bought my outer banks sport today and so far I love it feels and drives bigger than it looks imo! Looking forward to doing some very basic beginner trails!

Love my Badlands BSPORT. Lots of power and great mileage. I’m getting better than advertised using 89 octane. I also find I get better mileage in normal mode than eco. I use cruise whenever possible.

Badlands is great offroad on the atv trails and bad unassumed roads that I hit here in Ontario Canada.

I camp in mine but at 6’1 I’m slightly too tall for the hatch so I bought a hatch tent.
All round great vehicle for me.

You mentioned its a turbocharged 4 cylinder but it's actually a 3 cylinder, right? I don't think you can get the 4cyl on the Outer Banks package.

How much? Mine total would have been about $45k same as the one you got the outer banks. Not sure if that was a good deal or not
