The MR200 Gang Rip Saw increases the productivity of a sawmill operation by significantly reducing the amount of work and time needed to rip cants into boards. Reliability, accuracy, versatility, and ease of use make the heavy-duty Wood-Mizer MR200 Gang Saw a profitable investment in production operations. The MR200 can be equipped with up to 12 circular saws on each of the two arbors with a maximum width of cut of 18" (460 mm), significantly speeding up the cant rip sawing operation. In addition to an adjustable feed speed from 5 - 50fpm (1.5 - 15m/min), the MR200 Gang Saw is powered by two 20HP (15 kW), 25HP (18.5 kW), 30HP (22 kW) or 40HP (30 kW) motors.

I have to ask, why is this machine designed to 30 mm minimum thickness? Why not 25 mm?

Do these edgers fire out cants if the hold down rolls raise up while a can't is being fed is there catch bars that drop down if air pressure is lost?. I fabricated a catch bar system for a 12 inch edger so logs can't be fired out if power is lost
