The 6th and best way: pick them up off the ground. Requires 0 grinding and is super easy, definitely recommend if you want skins.

Here’s a 6th option: you can get a skin for all the pistols in the game by grinding out player contracts. It will take about 1-2 weeks of constant xp grinding per contract, but you’ll have skins for every pistol.

Buff really is a grind. I’ve had it since November and I have about 900 points. Granted I don’t play too much, but just letting you know that it takes a while so don’t get frustrated if you can’t buy skins immediately

A kind request from someone who gets asked for skins a lot:
1. Be polite. I can not emphasize this enough. BE POLITE. Don't just go "Viper, phantom." If you want a skin, approach us politely - "Hey, Viper, Can I have your phantom skin?"

2. Do not be a vulture. Often, the second 3rd round buy phase starts (usually when players have enough money for a AR), the second someone equips a gun with a skin, people will start b-hopping around them and spam voice chat for skins, often not politely. Don't do that. If you want a skin, again, just ask. "Hey, does anyone have a -gun- skin?"
3. Please don't keep running behind us the entire map in buy phase shooting your pistol at us. It's annoying. If you want a skin, just ask. Either in voice chat or if you dont have a mic, just put it in the chat box.

Ps. We love valorant skins. Even we have been the player hunting skins fallen on the ground. Most of us also like to share them. But please don't be annoying or rude about it. Be nice, that's all!

i feel like val should add vp points to the free battlepass like even 200 would be good then if you play enough you can get the battlepass or if you play every season for a while maybe you can get a premium skin kinda like how splitgate is doing it but riot is a money hungry company that doesn't care about its players who don't spend money and they don't care about ones who do spend money either
