INGREDIENTS
▪️Hazelnuts
▪️Dark chocolate chunks or chips
▪️Sweetened condensed coconut milk or oat milk*
▪️Almond butter
▪️Vanilla
▪️Sea salt

*If you can’t find either of these, use canned coconut milk. Instructions are in the blog post.

😭😭😭 I think I have tears in my eyes😂 I live in Poland where they have this exact chocolate cake called BLOK and it is impossible to create in vegan version so I gave up and bow I see this and it looks exactly like that. I will def try this

I cannot tell you the relief this video gave me. As a vegan, it NEVER happens that a recipe video, especially for chocolate desserts, is suitable for me/us. At this point every single recipe video that ends up on my feed is a disappointment and I so nearly scrolled past this just like all the others but for some reason I stayed. I relate to not knowing your neighbors in true NYC fashion. My downstairs neighbor is a grumpy old man that lives alone and bangs angrily on his ceiling (my floor) sometimes for hours whenever I make any sound louder than a butterfly's wings. I think he's lonely, so I'll think I'll make him this fudge and maybe we can turn things around.
