I think that the knife from either BMWL or Robin King's solo raid that gives a chance for free specials also grants a permanent debuff, so I tend to use that with CSM.

Classic Supe permanent negative effect was well known. Didn't know it was that useful though.

May help on bosses with lethal attack resistance who have hidden buffs and bosses that prevent abilities disables that delay puppet activation.
