Listen people, when you make mousse you fold whipped egg whites and it's raw and nobody says anything but when she blends raw unwhipped eggwhites, suddenly everyone says:" raw egg raw egg"?!!?
Be real, if you care about this kind of thing, buy Pasteurized egg whites

It is a pudding...or a mock mousse.  Salmonella is carried in the yolks.  If you are unskilled at separating the whites and the yolks, avoid this.  Raw egg whites are served safely every day.
