Step 1: Open Xampp control panel
Apache httpd-xampp. config

STEP 2: Find
Require all denied
Now Change the 'denied' to granted
Require all denied
STEP 3: Now Change the 'denied' to 'granted'

STEP 4: Go to Command Prompt-cmd and type 'ipconfig' ____IP address IPV4 and my default port is port 80
STEP 5: Get the IPV4 address and confirm the port number running the server( by default=80)
STEP 6 : Go to your phone and type the IPV4address followed by the port number;
you'll access the local server in another device!
Type IPV4 address followed by port number; example 192.168.23.207:80
