I cleaned it but now i am left with one extra screw, one of those regular sized grey ones, but at the last step they are all in position, so, i might have missed one when putting on the cooler😅, my cooler might only be holding into one screw, worth taking apart again just to put that one screw back? Keeping in mind everything works fine and the cooler seems snug when pushing on it.

No beep doesn't usually mean the PSU is dead. Slims are notorious for a faulty southbridge on the motherboard.
