What about if there is an old expired lease and the lessee are not very nice and it’s been pointed out to you they have put the wrong acn on the contract but you have only days to do something about it. Would that be enough to put a loophole into question?

What I need to know is super urgent and important is this little error made on a residential contract and my husband passed away and it was his business but it was pointed out to me that when the Lease was typed up 22 years ago whoever typed the agreement up wrote our acn with 2 wrong numbers and at a legal proceeding it was pointed out and did I, want to object to this error or leave it and it will be recognised as staying that was and permanent??? I don’t know if that is a good or bad thing and why it was even brought up in the first place. I had 7 days to object so I did and haven’t heard anything since so I don’t know what’s happening. But could it be in my advantage? Or not?. Even a yes or no would help. Thanks

Hello, a fellow worker at our company has signed the wrong contract and the cancellation time is already over. The company may be bankrupt soon because it takes money and now we are in a bit of a pickle. How can I solve this problem? Its in Germany btw and help would really be useful.

I had a contract of security guard duty valid for 2 years with United Security Services, Qatar but just after 1.5 months the company said me that they can't provide me the promised job due to unavailability.
I request to somehow grant me job but they denied to compensate and didn't pay 1 month salary i e. 1800 QAR (Rs.36000) .
The contract got terminated [ no resignation ]on the advise of manager.

So, i returned my country . Tell me please, Can I ask manpower to refund me for sending me to Qatar where i didn't get promised job and appropriate salary as the manpower sent me to Qatar for work.
