Modern menu hover effect using HTML5 and CSS3

In this tutorial, we are creating a modern menu hover effect using HTML5 and CSS3. We are taking the reference of one of the previous tutorials that we have created earlier.

The look is almost the same as the previous one but the build and the effect of both the elements are totally different. As the previous one drops its nav's background from the top whereas this has some different scenario.
