Many of the tightening up and mitigating practices all of you mentioned sound very and easily doable on the admin side. Admins are not the ones the industry has tried to keep things simple and easy for ... they can and should be able and willing to do the extra steps and checks for the security of the enterprise and all who depend on it. Good discussion.
