Maybe they're not necessarily attracted to lightning. Maybe we only get these kinds of pictures because people love filming lightning strikes and those flashes expose UFO's that would otherwise be hidden.

@1:26, what are the chances that the person filming this would have been doing so if not for the lightning storm? When taking a road trip how many people take out their phone just to film the clouds? And in an unlikely scenario in which a person is filming an uneventful sky, what are the chances that a UFO would be visible through the cloud cover? I'm guessing that UFO would have been there regardless of the storm, but it was the storm that led to it being captured on camera.

I don't believe UAP are drawing energy from lightning storms. Rather, I think the ionized air around the craft, and whatever metal they are made of, are excellent conductors of electricity. They are like lightning rods X 1000.

Lightning is pure electricity so maybe these ufo's need electricity to fuel/power up to travel these vast distances in space. It's just amazing to see that these objects are cloaked until something like lightning lights up the sky and for s brief moment reveals them.

Lightening is a combination of negative ions coming up from the ground and positive ions coming down from the sky. They meet and lightening! These ships have ion engines and can absorb and use the energy. Awesome tech!

This year in Toronto has had the most thunderstorms I've ever seen.. since spring they've been occurring multiple days a week. I also have footage lighting flashing in the same spot in the cloud every couple of seconds for many minutes
