TODAY'S RECIPE IS Fried Momo Recipe | Crispy Chicken Dumpling Recipe | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:
All purpose flour 1 cup
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Smooth dough
Rest for 5 mins
Chicken keema 1/2 cup
Onion 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Green chilli 2 pieces
Parsley 1 tbsp
Pepper powder to taste
Salt to taste
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce 1/2 tsp
Mix well
Divide the dough
Make rooti
Cut with a cookie cutter
Chicken stuffing
Apply water
Fold
Fry until golden brown medium flame

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

Original recipe is when you steam the momos then fry it
Frying them directly gives a samosas texture of the cover
But steaming and frying makes them different
Do try this
