What I love about this skin, despite popular opinion, is infact that his voice remains the same. It's clear via his recall and death animation there's more to him than meets the eye. His cute little voice serves to mask the true horrors the lay just inches from the surface...

the whole point of keeping his normal voice is to show the devil is not a giant deep voice monster instead his voice is a high pitch voice that make players scream in fear knowing it still Satan. as they say the devil make change his shape but he won't change his true voice and that my friends is why Satan aka teemo has not got a voice change.
