I don't think people understand what it's like to carry a 7' 350lb frame around every day.
The same things are said about D-linemen, O-linemen in the NFL. UFC Heavyweights gas quicker for a reason. so, while kobe wants everybody doing high tempo laps and warm-ups before games, he failed to understand (at his young age ) . Kobe and Shaq are both to of my favorite all time.
