Wagner FLEXiO 590 Cleanup

First time using Wagner 590 spray gun. Paint got into the device. Need advice and solutions to the problem.

Awesome product, i wonder that pipe inside the paint bottle, what does it called? Just incase I need a spare for that

Love this spray gun, but I am having trouble getting the yellow piece (under the nut) that goes over the pin/sprayer to go back in correctly and stay in.  Anywhere I can find more information about this?

Just used mine for the first time to paint my gate with a black oil based paint. Job was well done, so was the cleaning process. But my hands and what not are fucked up.

I love this Sprayer... I painted one room with primer, and then painted a full room with no issues. However when I started the second room the paint started to spray out very think (it super sloppy). I don't want to return the product and I'm the middle of my project please help me... What could be wrong with my sprayer??? I tighten the black ring that holds the sprayer together... Perhaps when I disassembled the sprayer to wash it I put it back together wrong!?

Cleaning solution?  Like liquid dish soap?  Also would like closeup of nozzle cleaning the small parts - valves - and so on.  Would you recommend using compressed air to blow-dry parts after cleaning?

There is a hell of a lot more to clean if you want to keep the sprayer working. Small hole under the intake tube cover, these get plugged, and have to run the little brush they give you to clean out the spray hole output area.I myself does not think running soap and water through it will do any good, maybe 50%, but to me, that's the lazy way out to clean, and this is from the maker of this product????Come on, clean it the right way..DUH..

Yeah it's not that easy. I like it, but it's still not that easy to clean. looks like they didn't even use that one.

I can't believe Wagner shows someone pouring Latex paint down the drain! For municipalities that reclaim water, that paint is going right back into the water supply. Completely irresponsible.

I hope Wagner corrects this and provides proper guidance on environmentally responsible care and use of their products.
