And there are people who claim that you can't transform yourself to a natural beast with crazy physique if you do street workout

Vadim was the only one to keep his best moves for the finals, all the others were too repetitive, especially karesh ( doing only 360s followed by front levers...), and Vadim was the most polyvalent guy and the strongest, for sure not the most agile, but this sport is not only about that, doing 360s over and over is risky, but once you get used to it, it's not as difficult as other moves he did, he was also the only one doing a perfect 1 arm front lever, the judges did good in my opinion. They have more experience in this sport compared to all of you newbies ( that some probably don't even street workout).
