”You make yourself as humble as the source material asks you” Of course Lisan al Gaib would be humble enough to say that

“That was loud, sorry.” to care for our ears, he is truly Lisan al Gaib

"He's so humble, he truly is Lisan al Gaib"

Gotta give it to him; that was a well weighted answer.

Impressive. Let's see Jodorowsky's Dune.

I loved Kyle's performance in the 84 Dune and thought it'd be hard to see the character as anyone else, but wow - Timothee was fantastic. a totally different interpretation well worthy of standing alongside the original

The guy answered his own question. Obviously, Timothée was going to say that.

I never really knew much of T.C. before Dune but as its gone on i feel he's been cast with absolute perfection and he's took his role so sseriously its inspirational tbf. He's a good guy and deserves all the success he can get. 👌🏽🙌🏽

What a wonderfully pitch perfect response from Timoth Chalamet!! Just happens to be artistically and creatively correct too!! (Favorite element of the response: you make yourself as humble as the source material asks you to be." If only all the other claptrap we have on screen these days (Rings of Power I mean you!) felt that way.

He's one of my favourite actors of this decade for sure. Humble, smart and talented. Look forward to the the Dune trilogy, possibly a Wonka sequel and all else he is in.

This movie was so good and I love the way they interpreted it from the book and Timothees performance just takes the whole thing he’s so amazing-

I usually don't like actors who are teen or look teen (i know he is not teen, but he looks like a 18 year old), and although in the book the character is really young, I though an adaptation would need someone who looked older. Oh boy, I was mistaken. Although he is slim and doesn't look like much, he has such presence. Perfect choice. Dune 2 is a masterpiece. I don't think the Oscars mean much but I know it means something for the ones involved, and I hope they take lots of them. They deserve it. Haven't had such an experience in cinema since ROTK.

Funny how everyone trashed Lynch's Dune until some new Dune movies came out and they had to promote them then suddenly the performances are "iconic." Fair weather friends. I've always liked Lynch's Dune and I think his talent shows through in it even though it's not what he wanted it to be. He shouldn't sell himself short.

Never read the books but as far as acting goes...Timothy f#cking nailed his role. Part 2 was so good that I think I'm selling it short when I tell people how good it is.

I wish both Dune movies had that amazing guitar solo from the 1984 movie. Zimmer did an astounding job as always, but I love the soundtrack from the original movie

Class act. That’s how you play this game everybody - humility always wins

I never bought Kyle McLochlin’s Paul. TC has really surprised me with his understated performance. I’ve seen the first film several times, and he is one of the best parts.

BIG fan of the Lynch DUNE, have not seen either of the new ones yet (I will, of course!) and Timothy gave a really good answer.
