Ariana DeBose is a triple threat artist who segues seamlessly between stage and screen. She most recently starred in Netflix’s THE PROM and will star as Anita in Tony Kushner and Steven Spielberg's upcoming WEST SIDE STORY remake, to be released in December 2021. Ariana was most recently seen on Broadway in SUMMER: THE Donna Summer MUSICAL. Other Broadway credits include HAMILTON (Off-Broadway and original Broadway cast), A BRONX TALE, PIPPIN, MOTOWN: THE MUSICAL, BRING IT ON: THE MUSICAL and Sondheim’s COMPANY with the New York Philharmonic. Her television credits include “Blue Bloods,” “The Breaks,” and “So You Think You Can Dance.”

Not opposed to a contemporary reimagining of a classic song but this formulaic electronic version aint it. Fan of Ariana and her vocals but ya'll did a disservice with a massive slash and burn approach. For an early entry on the upcoming album, it's not a good first look.
