*Important information: The red pegs seen in the video have been replaced with aluminum pegs since this video was made.*

Lyra is built to provide lightweight, freestanding and affordable shelter for 2 people in 3 seasons for backpacking and trekking.

Pole segments are unified into a continuous, shock-corded array for rapid set-up. The convenient clips allow quick and simple attachment of the canopy.

2 doors and 2 vestibules allow easy entry, exit and gear storage. Endostructure poles (poles on inner tent) allow easy set-up without the fly in dry conditions. Multiple set-up and deployment modes allow Lyra to adapt to changing conditions and personal preferences for optimal comfort.

Leaking tents? No. But as a long time Expedition user I bought this tent and the pins in the hubs broke one by one over two weeks. Trying ti get them out of the insides of the poles was a giant nightmare. The pins are made of aluminum, a soft metal. They are bound to fail. Should be brass but that would add a couple of dollars more and they are now more focused on profit than reliability. Also, first time and last time to have a polyester tent. Another cost saver for exped but really low quality. Finally, the left side of the vestibule on both sides cannot be pegged out to make it taught. Design error. I will say they refunded us 100% but I would have preferred a tent that didn't fall to bits. Still using our Venus II for winter camping and it is excellent.

Mit welchem Exped Zelt kann man noch Sterne so toll beobachten? Find das ein super Feature.

We recently bought a lyra III, and tested it on a weekend hike. There was a lot of rain, and we had problems to keep the inner tent dry... In the morning, there were drops on the inside of the outer tent, which is already strange? But the inner tent was mostly dry. BUT, when breaking down the tent, the outer tent ALWAYS touches the inner tent, ending up with a wet inner tent... We tried different approaches to break down the tent, but couldn't find a method where the outer tent didn't touch the inner tent... This is not what you expect from a tent with this price :/ We are a bit dissapointed.

Vielen Dank Ps. Möchte keinesfalls abwerten, aber solche Probleme schrecken erstmal ab
