The subconscious is more than the mind, it is the mind-body. Everything you do, every breathe you take, and every cell you create is connected to the subconscious. In this powerful renewal hypnosis, I guide your powerful mind to combine with the Superconscious which you may call God, Source...and my words as a catalyst to lead you through a relaxing and regenerating healing process. This not only guides you to healing but also addresses the root cause of the issue that caused imbalance, ill-health and disease.

You are then guided to reunite with the one light, the one love, whether you call this God, Superconscious, Source or some other name. Whatever the name, the power and wisdom is infinitely the same.

You reunite and become part of this one light and emerge again reborn and renewed. As your being slowly reforms you are given space and time to focus on any area which you wish to fully strengthen. Just as in the womb, your heart is the first organ formed, then all others. Every cell is renewed in perfect form.

You are then guided back to 3D time and space where your soul and body reconnect and re-integrate with the Earthly world.
