Here in germany everyone gets the Permanent Retainers And they stay for a life time my sister has it over three years now and never has it broken and she Can eat everything she wants it wont break even if she eats rocks 😂

Then i asked the dentist for retainers he said you don't need it anymore but wearing retainers became my habit i wore them all the time i have new retainers can i still wear retainers even if the dentist said you don't need it anymore or just wear only at night
