You’re including the cost of his helicopter, the salaries of his staff, his unique accommodations at Walter Reed hospital, etc. If you leave all of that out you’d be looking at a few thousand dollars. He also received a novel treatment that will become dramatically more affordable when implemented on a broader scale due to economies of scale.
