Bail for corruption suspects makes investigations difficult - DCJ Owiny-Dollo

The Deputy chief justice Alfonse Owiny -Dollo has asked his colleagues in the profession to make considerations while granting bail to people convicted for corruption as it makes the recovery of ill-gotten proceeds difficult.

Justice Owiny-Dollo emphasized the need to recover this money as opposed to merely sending culprits to prison.

He spoke at a meeting of justices of appellant courts in Entebbe, Wakiso.
