Had a session with Dale a while ago. It was incredible. Had my energy so high thereafter I could barely sleep. Worked on my verbal self expression and self doubt. I can say now what I need to say even when I'm upset. One thing surprised me, I thought I wouldn't need down but I did for about 3 days. It wasn't painful, just felt like a tightness of the body that incouraged me to slow down and not do too much. I wanna call it a recovery time but it's possible I don't have the right words. Overall I full recommend. You won't regret a session.
