hierarchy of courts in India,
Head of all courts in our country is the supreme court and it is also called as Apex court.
High court , every state has one high court and sometimes 2 or more states will have 1 high court..
district courts. is the 3rd level of courts and there will be so many other subordinate courts under it.
civil courts will have under the district level.
district judge
chief judge
senior civil judge
junior civil judge/ munsif courts/ small cause courts
criminal courts from the district level
session courts / additional session courts/ assistant session court
under that we have chief judicial magistrate
judicial magistrate of I class
judicial magistrate of II class.
hierarchy of executive magistrate
district magistrate is Collector
sub-divisional magistrate is RDO -Revenue divisional officer
Executive Magistrate is Tehsildhar -MRO- Mandal Revenue officer
