Thumbs up if you came here to find out why the Arduino tutorials require a resistor on the push button lesson. Jump to 5:38 to find out why.

This video should be pinned on top of YouTube for Arduino. Thank you for your time to create this video. Very well explained and demonstrated.

I will only say the same like "Miguel Marnoto" -> This video should be pinned on top of YouTube for Arduino. Thank you for your time to create this video. Very well explained and demonstrated.
If I had found this earlier, I would save a lot of time. You are the best

Hi. Thanks very much!. I came here because I was wondering why my button didn't behave evenly without resistor. Reason was the inner resistor was not triggered. I changed as you said pinMode(2, INPUT); to pinMode(2, INPUT_PULLUP); and the think rocks !!!! No need for resistor shit !!!! You deserve my like and view !

Well, I wish I had seen this video a few months back. I didn't know what INPUT_PULLUP was for and now realize how useful it can be for my first Arduino project (ESP32 actually). Thank you; your channel has been very helpful since I started down the Arduino rabbit-hole about 8 months ago. I originally subbed from another channel, but subbing again from my newer channel since your content is much more relevant to me now.

The most logical and understandable video about pull up, pull down resistors on YouTube. ✌️👌👌👌
The guy is brilliant.

Hi! Thanks for the video! This is helpful. If I would like to build the circuit on the PCB, how should I solder the resistor? At the moment, I have successfully built the circuit on the breadboard, not on the PCB. Thanks again!

Thanks for sharing sir, but i want to know if the push button and resistor was pulled out from arduino but i have input the coding from the pc and upload it, are they save automatically without arduino into my project or the arduino still plug in with the push button and resistor in my project? Thank you 🙏🏻
