HTC One vs BlackBerry Z10 | Pocketnow

We've put the HTC One through its paces, comparing it against nearly every smartphone -or at least, nearly every flagship- in the modern landscape, but there was a straggler left behind: the tenacious BlackBerry Z10.

Today, we set about to rectify that omission. Tune in to the video below to watch us compare HTC's newest -and almost certainly best- Android offering with the slab of black soft-touch that BlackBerry has bet the company on. We'll be comparing build quality, UI, test notes, the camera, and the all-important ecosystem in this showdown, though not necessarily in that order - and not necessarily in the order we announce at the top of the video, either. We gotta keep you folks on your toes somehow.

The Blackberry Z10 has Pandora but it is now called Apolla on the Z10.. I tried the HTC one keyboard and it is far behind what the Z10 has

The software update for the z10, z30, and q10 is amazing. Now they are able to run any android app, so there is a lot more to choose from. It also has some other little, but major, updates to it that make the blackberry just so much better. Totally going with the z10.

will u believe that i switched from iPhone to BB and now i m so much angry  on my self :(
not because  i made a wrong decision but because y i got so late switching to BB Z10. Definitely Z10 no ore droid or iPhone  :)

i have used an android ios and a windows phone... now currently using this blackberry z10.. simply loving it... bought with a lot of hesitation... but now really enjoying it... battery life is good camera is good... touch is fantastic... awesome ui not a bloatware like samsung.... audio quality is superb... i have dropped the phone a lot of times but still it is really good... love it.. :D :D :D... in future if i buy it will definitely be a blackberry... 
the best part being the hub.. gets all what i wanted in one area.... my facebook, whats app, twitter, gmail... and of course the multi tasking in it.. absolutely a brilliant phone...

I'm Switching from Android to blackberry for reliability. I've had 2 HTC one Xs, 3 galaxy s3s, 3 Sony xperia ts amongst others in the last 16 months and they have all crashed or frozen. One s3 lasted 2 days. Alot of comments about it being a better os obviously don't apply to android because what's the point of all those apps and games if it don't run. And talking about build quality as an issue between these 2 phones is a joke, the review is heavily biased towards android, name an android phone that can compare build quality to the HTC one. Maybe a review with an equal bb10 based phone like the z30 would be a different story. The app gap has been closed with the addition of android compatability but the reliability of blackberry make this a very appealing option. Don't misunderstand tho, it's not supported by Google yet, so don't credit them with "helping". There is no official play store.

Well i have been using Android for the past 5 years, i must say i am glad i switched to BB Z10, for people still thinking about BB, i say go fr it, it is the smartest phone hands down, n unique features which even i was not aware off!!!...it has android apps too wats app, viber evrything...u r not gonna use 1000 apps anyways, , , d idea is to be efficient and it has a HUB feature where u can reply anything without opening the app, plus other many features like pressing anywhr in the screen to take a pic, and awesome texting experience than any other android devices, , , HTc is awesome too but jus too mainstream phone like any other android device, , if u wanna have a bigger display then go fr htc, , , bb is for advanced users.

The Z10 is only on Verizon? I went to AT&T to get a phone and the lady who had helped us had a Z10 that she let me take a look at.

I must say this was a very impartial and thorough comparative video. One of the best I have seen. Excellent job. I have a z10 and it gets better everyday. This is a first generation phone and if you compare to any other first generation it is the best because it is running with the so called big guns.
