I personally like Office 2007 better, 2010 may of made a few slight improvements here or there. But 2007 has a nicer appearance, and I overall like the way it works.
Running it on Vista Ultimate SP2

Looks like you added a, Skip the Intro, button but for me it is on the right-hand side of the timeline so pressing it takes you almost to the end of the video.

@Warlondo Yes, .docx was introduced in Word 2007. It's Word 2003 where you'll have a problem.

what do u do to make similar word arts in 2010 like in 5:07 (Im referring to the location and the angle of the text) because I tried to make a word art look curved in 2010 but I couldn't What did I miss?

Not much differences, If you have Word 2007, Stick with it. If you have Word 2003, it's time to upgrade!
