4 tbsps. Vinegar
5 large onions (sliced round)
3-4 large mildly spicy green chillies (flavorful)
3 medium tomatoes (sliced round)
Salt to taste
Oil to fry

It's past 10 pm...I am dog tired after a long day at office...have parked my lazy self on the bed already..n debating whether to order food or to cook or skip dinner entirely...then this recipe comes on as a life saver...with minimum ingredients ...those too easily found in your kitchen...this is such a heavenly dish...I added some garam masala towards the end...my chicken was sitting in the fridge too long 😩 this is hands down one of the tastiest dishes I have come across recently....this will definitely become a regular go to dish
