Trump grants pardons to Paul Manafort, Roger Stone and Charles Kushner

President Trump announced 26 new pardons Wednesday, including for allies Paul Manafort and Roger Stone, as well as Jared Kushner's father, Charles Kushner. Mr. Trump granted 15 pardons the day before. CBSN's Lana Zak reports.

Let me just point out that this is neither normal nor something nearly any other Democracy on earth allows their leaders to do..
I'm from Germany. When I told my colleagues about the US President being able to pardon people and commute sentences, they flat out didn't believe me. One of my colleagues called it "medieval", I think that hits the nail on the head.

Can a president overturn pardons? I know they can overturn executive orders. Isn't this equivalent to an executive order? This is a bad look and bad faith use of presidential privilege imo. I'd be saying the same if it was a Democrat and will say just that if Biden pardons his son in the event he is charged and indicted.
