This tutorial will 100% works in windows 7 8 8.1 and 10 operating systems. Here we have used command prompt in short called CMD or DOS to enable or disable it. Windows’ master account or inbuild super administrator account doesn’t simply enhance a standard admin-level user account or serve as an elevated version of the Run as administrator option. The administrator operates much like a normal user account, except it has virtually unlimited permissions.
